We are partnered with a leading holiday park operator who are looking for an Assistant Holiday Home Sales Manager for their flagship park in the Lincolnshire area. this is a huge park, one of the biggest in the UK, so we need someone who has experience of selling holiday homes, as well as the ambition to lead a team to success.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the way with sales ensuring high volume and margin of personal sales
* Supporting in the leading, coaching and managing of sales team
* Actively increasing sales and profit by selling holiday homes to new and part exchange customers
* Ensuring customer care levels that make potential and new owners feel they are part of the family.
Skills & Experience
* Experience of large volume, high-value sales, in a service-driven company
* Target-driven, with commercial insight and well-honed negotiating skills
* An experienced leader who can influence, motivate, and encourage your team.
* Quick to adapt and able to think conceptually.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills
* Ability to manage performance issues and conflict situations with confidence and empathy
* Exceptional communication skills and able to adapt style to people at all levels
* A strategic mindset and a forward-thinking outlook, open to new ideas
* A strong focus on customer service delivery
