Refrigeration Engineer - Food Manufacturing
We are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to join one of the UK's leading food manufacturing companies, supplying a wide range of products to both retailers and the foodservice sector.

Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
The Refrigeration Engineer role
* Repair & Maintenance of A/C, chiller and freezers.
* Mechanical and Electrical work knowledge for Refrigerant.
* Responsible for the safe and efficient installation.
* Able to be repair and fault finding.
* Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration electrics.
* Attend reactive service calls on a variety of air conditioning units including splits, ASHP and VRF systems.
* Carry out preventative maintenance on refrigerant unit, ASHP and ventilation units.
* Installation of air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate
* Fully qualified with F-Gas Certification
* Experience in Air Conditioning, Freezer/ Refrigerator Technician
* Having leadership abilities
* Being practical
* Having good written and spoken communication skills
* Having interpersonal abilities
* Being aware of safety issues
* Being able to read technical drawings
* Knowledge of ventilation installation would be an advantage
* Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps would be an advantage
