We are looking for an Assistant Site Engineer (graduate level) to join our growing site delivery team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop technical and practical skills on major construction projects. Working with experienced engineers and site managers, you will support the accurate delivery of construction works while developing a strong foundation in site engineering.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with setting out and surveying activities.
* Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
* Maintain accurate engineering records and site documentation.
* Support quality assurance and inspection processes.
* Liaise with subcontractors and the site team.
* Assist with resolving technical queries.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to develop a long‑term career in construction.
