About the role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will supervise whole classes, deliver pre-set work, and ensure students remain engaged and on task.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects
2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
3. Support students in completing assigned work
4. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress
5. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
11. Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
12. Strong communication and classroom management skills
13. A degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
14. A passion for education and supporting student development
15. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Salary
£90 to £110 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
