Job Summary:
Join our dynamic and innovative team dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. As leaders in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, we strive to make a positive impact in our industry. We are seeking a skilled HSE/Facilities Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in both coordination and HSE practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service providers and external contractors, ensuring corporate facility operations run efficiently while maintaining compliance with SLB HSE standards and international frameworks such as ISO 45001.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in both facilities’ coordination and HSE practices, with responsibilities to include:
* Proven background in managing service providers and external contractors
* Prior experience in corporate facility operations, including vendor coordination, building systems, and logistics
* Practical knowledge of SLB HSE standards and international frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001, HSE audits, risk assessments)
* Demonstrated hands-on involvement in:
* Permit-to-Work systems
* Fire safety, evacuation, and emergency response coordination
* Preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve asset performance
* Sustainability initiatives or ESG data monitoring/reporting waste, utilities, environmental data.
* Effective cross-functional collaboration with IT, Procurement, HR, Projects, and teams.
* Strong understanding of SLB’s compliance, efficiency, and cost-optimization frameworks
Essential Requirements:
* Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil – especially with exposure to building systems).
* Facilities Management / Building Services Engineering.
* Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) / Environmental Health.
* Environmental Science / Sustainability
* Business Administration (with focus on operations or HSE).
* The right to work in the UK.
