We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team player to join our dynamic small team that caters to high-profile Members and their bespoke requests on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for curating and managing an array of exclusive, tailor-made services, including:

* Restaurant Reservations:Securing bookings at the world’s most sought-after restaurants.
* Hotel, Villa, Chalet, and Yacht Bookings:Arranging premium accommodation and unique stays.
* Travel Itineraries:Designing hyper-personalised itineraries for unforgettable journeys
* Flights and Transfers:Organising commercial and private flights, as well as seamless ground transportation.
* Personal Shopping:Sourcing exclusive items and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
* Event and Entertainment Tickets:Sourcing tickets to the most exclusive events, concerts, and shows worldwide.
* Creative Solutions:Using your imagination and ingenuity to craft exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Requirements:

* A proactive and performance-driven mindset.
* A deep understanding of the luxury travel and lifestyle industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
* An entrepreneurial attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Additional Bonus Skills:

* Bilingual proficiency (English + another language).
* Bonus points if your name is Laura!

The role can be London based, with three days per week in our Mayfair office, and two days working remotely. Alternatively, if you are based in Europe, this would be mainly remote with three days, once per month in the London office.
