Your Role
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be the face of Leaf Home, educating potential customers about our innovative LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement solutions. With our training, you'll learn to identify homeowner challenges and present effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales leads by engaging with prospective customers in your assigned territory through door-to-door interactions.
* Utilize a consultative selling approach to inform consumers about Leaf Home products and gather essential information for our sales team.
* Collaborate with field management and fellow sales representatives to report daily results and enhance team performance.
* Ensure a professional representation of Leaf Home, providing an exceptional experience for every potential customer.
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Customer-focused and results-oriented.
* Professional demeanor and attire.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
Physical Demands
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
* Extended periods of walking and standing are required.
