From £35,947.46 to £44,356.75, dependent on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities
This role will be delivering the Accounting and Business A level through a variety of different learning strategies. The role requires an appropriate teaching qualification and relevant experience with a proven track record in delivering 16-19 curriculum. It is also essential to have a Degree or other relevant professional qualification in History and Politics. For further details please see job description and person specification attached. For the successful candidate, you will have knowledge and experience of using quality improvement frameworks and quality assurance processes, together with recent experience of carrying out formal observations of teaching and learning, ensuring that there is a positive and impactful feedback process. Taking a collaborative approach, you will have the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, together with excellent oral and written communication and coaching skills. You will have a proven track record in managing delivery of A-level provision with successful outcomes for students and an ability to inspire students to take responsibility for their performance and behaviours in ways that will help them progress and excel.
Qualifications
Relevant teaching qualification and experience delivering 16-19 curriculum. Degree or other relevant professional qualification in History and Politics. Proven track record in delivering A-level provision with successful outcomes. Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and quality assurance processes.
