My client is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with a background in consulting to join their HR Technology practice. This role is well-suited to someone who has delivered multiple SuccessFactors implementations and is confident engaging with senior stakeholders to drive transformation.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular focus on Employee Central and Employee Absence modules. Bringing both functional expertise and consulting experience, you will advise clients on how to optimise their HR technology landscape to enable improved business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Leading and delivering SuccessFactors projects across the full implementation lifecycle
* Providing specialist expertise in Employee Central and Employee Absence
* Advising clients on HR transformation strategies and system optimisation
* Building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Overseeing risks, budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery
* Contributing to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing and business development

* Proven track record in multiple SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central and Employee Absence
* Previous consulting experience with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent programme and project management capability
