Job Title:
* Temporary position for a Personal Assistant / Carer
* Temporary position for approx. 6 months - Purpose of the job - Female personal assistant required for a lovely young lady in Nantwich, CW5 area. Client has suffered a stroke and needs support with daily living, at times requires a wheelchair when out for long periods of time due to getting fatigued and has spells dizziness. Client has a small friendly dog and will need to drive.
Hours and rate of Pay:
* £12.21
* 15 hours per week – days & times to be discussed on interview.
Main Duties:
• Supervising client when in the shower
• Support with preparing breakfast
• Assisting the client to get ready for work
• Supporting client to learn how to cook again
• Companionship
• Accessing the community and activities
Personal Assistant Specification:
* DBS check will be required before starting employment.
* Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
* My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
* My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
* You must be able to work well independently.
* My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
