Right now, mental health support in the workplace isn’t good enough. We’re on a mission to change that. Job Purpose
To be a strategic and supportive account manager for our clients at every stage of their life cycle. You will focus on building loyalty and driving growth by owning the relationship with your assigned clients.
Here's what you'll be getting up to:
● Ownership of all duties of (as below) for your assigned patch of clients.
● Manage and maintain the best possible relationship between the client and MYNDUP.
● Regularly review client activity daily (e.g. bookings, feedback, ratings).
● Regularly review engagement and client health status.
● Implement any strategies to address issues with engagement or client health scores.
● Organise and implement monthly updates and QBR (quarterly business reviews) with clients.
● Manage all onboarding activities for any new clients within your patch.
● Manage the comms for their life cycle events such as onboarding, launch events, internal communications and awareness pieces.
● Upsell and cross-sell throughout the client life-cycle.
● Continuously review and improve the client’s full life-cycle experience.
● Keep clients updated on developments of the service, platform and practitioner community.
● Ensure client partnership renewals are completed in a timely fashion with an aim of growth..
● Maximise retention through delivering a seamless renewal experience for clients (e.g. sending reminders in advance,
offering calls/meetings to discuss).
● Encourage customer advocacy through reviews, surveys, case studies, testimonials and referrals.
● Supporting senior AMs with activities to drive new business from the base.
● Generate clients through referral and take them through the full sales cycle to conversion.
● Support with developing and delivering account management strategies
● Keeping abreast of MYNDUP’s offer as it evolves, and the external mental health and wellbeing landscape (e.g. latest trends, recent studies, competitor activity) and share knowledge across MYNDUP.
Technical skills - beneficial but not essential
● Working with tools such as HubSpot.
● Experienced in G-Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
● Skilled in writing in a warm, friendly and concise manner.
