Role Description
We're looking for a meticulous and highly organised professional to join our team in a role that's central to maintaining the efficiency of our purchasing and invoicing processes. You'll provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all procurement-related activities. Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchasing workflows, from raising purchase orders to processing invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
* Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
* Complete Maintenance Service Record documentation correctly and on time
* Assist with documentation and reporting related to procurement and service records
* Support general office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Perform additional duties as required, aligned with the overall scope of the role

* Proven experience in purchasing workflows and invoice processing (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience in inventory management or stock control (desirable)
