We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse who would relish the opportunity to work within the Lower Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
This post is part-time, 30 hours per week, and is fixed term until 14 September 2026.
As part of this role, you will be working within an ever changing environment, alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Services & Public Health Improvement. The Home Team is integral to our Health and Social Care Partnership.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, compassionate and collaborative Community Nursing Team.
Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
This post may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas. A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
