I am working with a well-established and leading Construction consultancy who are looking to add a MRICS Quantity Surveyor to their team in Central London, Holborn. The Company The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a forward-thinking construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. Even though this is a large company, you would be joining a small but hard-working team of 10 Quantity Surveyors. As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Industrial, Leisure, Mixed Use and Retail. But the Quantity Surveyor teams bread and butter is Commercial projects who collaborate with an impressive national client base. The role of the Quantity Surveyor The Quantity Surveyor will come in and take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with a progression pathway in sight to Senior Quantity Surveyor, within the company. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
