Job Ranges from - £33,000 - £42,000+ Achievable Bonus + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects. - No weekend work.

This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry leading service & sales to customers in your area, managing key accounts and helping open new ones.
Responsibilities
* You will secure and grow sales in your area, by promoting construction products & service to key accounts.
* Ensure exceptional service to key accounts via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
* Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
* Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
* Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
* Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
* Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Requirements
* Experience of selling into the construction sector in NI, knowledge & contacts in the NI construction market is highly desirable.
* Full driving licence.
* Must be self-motivated, sales focused and can work independently.
* Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while provide excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.
* You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
Rewards
Salary £33,000 - £42,000+ Depending on experience (Call if you are earning more)
Realistic & achievable £1200 - £2400 depends on branch targets for your area.
