Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Assist in maintaining schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets
* Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
* Support team members with clerical duties as needed
* Maintain an organised workspace that promotes productivity
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent clerical experience that showcases your ability to support various administrative functions
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
