Your new role
1. Logging, scanning and uploading timesheets for payroll
2. Handling phone calls and allocating work tasks
3. Updating and issuing work orders.
4. Lisiaing with contractors
5. Maintain files - contracts, timesheets, work orders
6. Maintain digital records
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
8. Proven administration experience
9. Excellentmunication skills (will be first point of contact for calls into the office)
10. Car ower (office location is not accessible via public transport)
11. Must be able to work 5 days in office working 7:30am - 3:30pm (no flexibility on working pattern)
