We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Claims Handler/Insurance Officer in the Solihull area. This is a full time role with hybrid working process.
Purpose of the Role
To handle own case load of claims
Manage a small claims team
Dealing with all classes of business including personal injury and third party property claims associated with Public and Employers liability
To assist with the procurement, renewal and day to day administration of the Insurance Programme
To deputise for the insurance manager as required.
You will need to have experience of the end to end cycle of an insurance claim and be able to liaise with the claimant and internal departments, gather evidence, intelligence and information in order to arrive at a claim outcome decision.
