Your new role
The Support Worker will deliver direct support to individuals within a temporary accomodation service in Cambridge, helping them build life skills, access services, and make informed decisions about their future. Acting as a key worker, the role involves coordinating care, conducting one-to-one sessions, and working closely with external agencies. Responsibilities include supporting individuals with housing, budgeting, welfare benefits, and engagement with health and social care professionals.
