Interim Head of Support & Tenant Engagement
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Support & Tenant Engagement to provide leadership cover during a period of long‑term absence until the end of November.
Working across five supported housing sites in Fulham, West London, and Aldershot (with hybrid working available), you will provide a steady and confident leadership presence while driving forward key service priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting teams delivering high-quality support services to veterans of all ages.
* Providing strategic and operational leadership for tenant engagement activities.
* Overseeing the migration to a new case management database.
* Reviewing and updating relevant policies and procedures.
* Leading and delivering a range of service improvement and development projects.
* Ensuring services remain effective, compliant, and focused on positive outcomes for residents.
