Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference to the learning and development of staff and volunteers? St Leonard’s Hospice is recruiting a Learning & Development Manager to join our Workforce, Education, Learning & Development department. You will manage a small team and deliver a comprehensive, high-quality offering that supports the wider aims of the Hospice, embeds our CARES values, and fulfils legal and regulatory requirements.
We have invested in a Learning Management System as part of our digital transformation, and we have recently undertaken our two-yearly employee survey. The results can be used to implement positive change. Our spot survey in January 2026 indicated that 93% would recommend us as a great place to work. As part of the People team, you will collaborate with HR and the volunteer teams to build employee and volunteer engagement.
