The Candidate & Requirements: You are steady, observant and clear in how you speak and write. You keep routines tight, notice small gains and fade prompts as independence grows. Degree, 2:2 or above in any subject; Psychology preferred. Communication, concise written notes and clear spoken instructions. Enhanced DBS, already held or willingness to obtain. Strong interest in SEN, regulation strategies and pupil wellbeing. Experience supporting children or young people is desirable but not essential.
