We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Licensing Property Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Worthing. The workweek is 40 hours, Monday - Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The salary, including OTE, ranges from £25,000 to £29,000, subject to passing probation.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure a high level of service is provided to clients and that specific HMO legislation is adhered to. The Licensing Property Coordinator should confidently be able to apply for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords, and develop and maintain good working relationships with local Councils. Delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike is essential. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants
* Developing and maintaining Property Management technical expertise
* Maintaining knowledge of HMO and licensing regulations
* Building relationships with local Councils
* Applying for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords
* Supporting the HMO Team Manager in monitoring and managing HMO properties and licenses
* Managing property maintenance and safety compliance, such as FRA’s
* Collaborating with HMO Team colleagues, Property Management, Accounts, Compliance, and Lettings Teams
* Navigating external platforms like Fixflo, Kamma, Inventory Base, and Goodlord
* Developing strong relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business
