Mobilisation Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
To support the setup and implementation of new contracts, ensuring each is successfully onboarded in line with client requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless handover to the Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Mobilisation Manager, Account Management, and Operations teams to meet client expectations while ensuring full legislative compliance for both the client and the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the execution of mobilisation plans in accordance with the contract scope and agreed procedures.
* Support the Mobilisation Manager in completing all actions outlined in the mobilisation plans.
* Develop and prepare mobilisation plans to ensure a smooth transition to the contract delivery teams.
* Act as a liaison between the Client, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure consistency and standardisation of operational processes.
* Coordinate the implementation of statutory compliance logbooks and standardised documentation on site.
* Support the deployment of CAFM systems to site teams and assist in delivering training as required.
* Provide administrative support during the mobilisation phase, including assistance with financial reporting.
* Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed during the mobilisation period.
* Assist in the preparation of reports required by the Mobilisation Manager.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Mobilisation Team by completing all tasks as required.
