Job Description:
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -25 degrees.
Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
* Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
* Weekly pay - every Friday
* 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
* Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:
* Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
* Day shift 06:00-14:00
* Late shift 14:00-22:00
* Rota: Given 1 year in advance
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
* Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
* Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
* Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
Experience, skills, attributes and the person:
* Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
* Motivated and committed
* Driven with high personal standards
* Ability to meet targets within set timescales
* The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
* Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
* Previous Freezer warehouse experience is desirable
