As a Field Service Engineer, you will embark on a dynamic journey in the world of material handling, working with a diverse range of products—from pallet trucks to counterbalance machines, VNA trucks, and automated solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and service equipment at customer sites, building strong relationships and supporting operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates have experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, especially with forklifts, plant, or industrial machinery. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license and comfort with IT are required.
