An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Client Executive to join a forward-thinking technology company based in Birmingham City Centre. This role sits at the interface between clients and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact while supporting the delivery of a high-quality, responsive service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the initial point of contact for client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
2. Manage and resolve day-to-day queries, escalating where necessary and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
3. Provide support across core operational and administrative functions, contributing to efficient and accurate business processes.
4. Develop strong, effective relationships with clients and suppliers to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
5. Take responsibility for key support processes, including supplier onboarding and handling invoice and payment-related queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client-facing or customer support environment, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
