Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Services Manager based in London. The Client Services Manager will lead the relationships with our wonderful clients, building relationships with them and continually be the spearhead of taking feedback onboard and making Creds the very best resource it can be.
Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, creating solutions to meet client needs, handling client communication, and identifying opportunities for improvements or upselling. The role also involves using analytical skills to track performance metrics and generate insights to guide service enhancements. We love putting on events and so the candidate should have skills in coming up with creative ideas and implementing them. At Creds, no idea is a bad idea - the weirder the better.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services to build and maintain effective client relationships
* Excellent Communication skills to manage interactions with clients and internal teams
* Experience in Customer Service or a related client-facing role
* Proven Analytical Skills to assess client needs and track service performance
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
* Experience in the media or advertising industry
