About the pub
The Poachers is a beautiful pub situated in a prime location on the canal in Chirk, with a popular campsite nearby and an external bar. Given the location of this pub, the trade significantly increases during the warmer summer months.
The pub currently takes on average £21,000 per week, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional food menu, including a popular Sunday Roast.
We are looking for an experienced operator, who has the ability to build local connections and drive sales by consistently delivering high-quality food. The right person should be able to support the team during the seasonal uplift, and boost performance during the summer rush.
The management accommodation is a large 3-bedroom flat situated above the pub.
