* Complete daily job lists and preventive maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
* Meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety on the property.
* Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance staff.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
* Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
* Computer literacy for compliance and audit tasks.
* Organised, excellent communicator, hands‑on manager with strong attention to detail.
