Main Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for the public via emergency and non emergency police channels
• Handle a wide range of calls, from high risk incidents to non urgent matters
• Provide calm reassurance, guidance, and clear advice to victims and vulnerable callers
• Ask clear, focused questions to assess risk, gather information, and prioritise incidents appropriately
