1. Developing Trade Marketing Strategies
* Reflecting brand strategies in channel plans within the FY plan.
* Managing retailer-based incentive plans.
2. Analyzing Market Trends and Data
* Monitoring monthly Nielsen & IMS outputs (Value, Volume, PPKG, ND, WD, Rotation by channel, region if needed, brand, sub-brand, and segment details).
* Tracking sell-out and stock days via B2B platforms and Power BI.
3. Promotional Campaign Management
* Managing activity grid across all channels.
* Aligning activities with demand cycles.
* Managing share and activity frequency.
4. Sales Team Support & Customer Relationship Management
* Preparing customer profiles including ambitions, target audiences, priorities (profitability or growth, penetration), growth targets, expectations, Nielsen vs. GPS shares, profitability, and cash considerations.
* Creating quarterly customer visit calendars.
5. Retail Execution & Merchandising Management
* Defining Must Stock List (MSL) via m2 or customer segmentation and identifying listing opportunities.
* Monitoring availability through B2B and Nielsen ND variables.
6. NPD & EPD Management (New and Existing Product Development)
* Developing Customer Entrance Plans.
* Managing end-to-end processes.
7. Value Chains & Budget Management
* Managing FY Trade Spend (TS) and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets.
* Calculating investment ROI.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A university degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Excellence within FMCG.
* Excellent command of English.
* Advanced MS Office / Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
