Role: Boys Physical Education Teacher. Reporting to: Learning Leader - PE. This role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, a high performing, fully inclusive, co‑educational 11-16 school with approximately 1050 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff.
About The Role
We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Boys PE Teacher to join our thriving, hardworking Physical Education team on a fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for effective planning and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring quality first teaching, monitoring assessments, recording and reporting. You will also perform the role of form tutor if designated as such.
What We Are Looking For
* PGCE/QTS and evidence of continuing professional development
* Recent experience of teaching PE at GCSE level
* PGCE and experience of continuing professional development
* An enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning of your subject specialism
* The ability to inspire students to reach their individual potential
