Who We're Looking For: Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. 5 years' management experience, including responsibility for: Delivering high-quality recruitment or B2B consultancy services. Driving business growth through new opportunities and proven development strategies. Creating impactful marketing campaigns to boost engagement, brand visibility, and revenue. Producing winning proposals and fully costed tenders. Managing budgets and making strategic financial decisions to improve performance and profitability.
