My client is a leading hospitality business and they are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the opening team for their new premium restaurant in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
For this Assistant General Manager role, I am looking for a candidate who:
Can support and deputise for the General Manager
Is a natural with local regulars and is great at generating repeat business
Has a background in premium dining
Possesses the experience of managing and supervising FOH teams
Is looking to grow with this forward thinking company
Applicants for this Assistant General Managerrole must have been in an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager role within the last year.
