Business Development Director – Private Equity & Real Estate Fairmont Crest Executive Recruitment has been appointed to lead the search for an exceptional Business Development Director on behalf of a high-growth professional services firm operating within the Private Equity and Real Estate markets. This is a senior, client-facing role for a highly credible professional from a Big 4 or leading consultancy background, with an established network and proven success in originating and growing advisory relationships at the highest level. The Role * Originate, develop and grow advisory mandates across PE and Real Estate clients * Leverage an established personal network to generate new business and cross-sell services * Act as a trusted adviser to PE houses, funds, investors and senior real estate stakeholders * Work closely with internal delivery teams to shape propositions and win complex engagements * Represent the firm at senior-level meetings, industry events and within the wider market * Contribute directly to the firm’s market positioning and long-term growth strategy The Person * A background in a Big 4 firm or top-tier consultancy (or equivalent) * Deep experience working with Private Equity and/or Real Estate clients * A demonstrable and established network of senior PE and Real Estate relationships * Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of revenue generat...
