Waiter/ess at Eastway Brasserie
Salary: £26,613 + Tronc

Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role
Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
Assisting guest's during their visit and handling guest complaints
Performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
