We're working with a scaling consumer technology business to find a Product Manager who will own and elevate their customer-facing digital experience across web and mobile.
There's a clear and well-defined brief: build out top-of-funnel education, sharpen user flows, improve tracking and account management, and extend the platform's appeal to new demographics. Real scope, real ownership, and direct visibility to leadership.
Responsibilities as a Product Manager:
* Own the end-to-end web and mobile customer journey, from first touch through to conversion and retention.
* Build education and onboarding features that help customers get more value from the platform.
* Improve post-interaction tracking and account management features.
* Optimise user flows across demographics and drive SEO to grow organic traffic.
* Work with engineering and commercial teams to deliver a roadmap with measurable business impact.
Requirements:
* Proven B2C digital product experience across web and mobile.
* Strong background in customer journey optimisation and conversion.
* Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or platform environments.
* Comfortable balancing tactical delivery with longer-term strategic thinking.
* Data-driven, with a track record of measurable impact from your product decisions.
