Customer Service Advisor Location: Chatham, Kent Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 16.30 Contract: Permanent Work Environment: Office-based Our client, a well-established Healthcare company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fully office-based role, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and resolving queries efficiently. * Complaint handling and Coordinate complaint resolution and follow up to customers. * Provide location-specific customer education depending upon services provided (eg. self- service, use of services, new products).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems. * Assist with technical troubleshooting related to digital platforms and software.
