Our Client is looking for an Administration Assistant with previous experience. In this role you will be responsible t o provide a flexible and responsive administrative support service and to contribute to the effective management of the Childrens & Joint Commissioning Services. You will also be responsible for handling confidential information of a personal nature and must ensure that this information is kept securely at all times and is not disclosed inappropriately. Main Duties & Responsibilities : Providing administrative support to officers/ social workers, taking telephone calls, room bookings and preparing and clearing meeting rooms. Maintaining computerised records and databases including data input e.g. ICS, Integra, EPR, EHM. All training will be provided. Attend and participate in training and development courses for staff as required, and participate in schemes of assessment, professional development and review. Operating an efficient administrative system dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying and scanning of documents and uploading onto the relevant systems. Requirements : NVQ Qualification Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent. Experience of producing complex typed documents using Microsoft Word. Experience of introducing and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Recent experience of using complex databases, excel spreadsheets. Experience of arranging meetings, minute taking and associated tasks. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Dress Code: Smart Casual
