Are you an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about children with complex needs? We have a new and excitingopportunity for a band 7 Occupational Therapist to join the team based at StMarks Hospital in Maidenhead.
Within this post you will have the opportunity to work as part of anexperienced team of therapists in a mix of community settings, early yearssettings, homes and schools having independence and autonomy to manage your owncaseload.
Main duties of the job
* Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs
* Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providing support to more junior staff
* Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports including contribution to the EHCP Assessment process and tribunals as required
* Provide specialist clinical care including assessment, diagnosis and interventions, for a paediatric caseload
* Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested

Qualifications
* OT Qualification and experience mandatory.
* HCPC registration mandatory.
Travel
* Car driver, valid UK driving license and ability to travel between sites essential.
