The Role
As Preschool Room Leader, you will be the heart of the room. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality early years education, ensuring every child feels safe, nurtured, and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor your room team, acting as a positive role model.
* Curriculum Planning: Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum, tailoring activities to individual children's 'next steps'.
* Environment: Maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized learning environment.
* Partnerships: Build strong, respectful relationships with parents and carers.
* Compliance: Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.

About You
We are looking for a passionate leader who is:
* Qualified: You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
* English GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills level 2 (if qualified post September 2014)
* A valid paediatric first aid (ideally, if qualified post 30th June 2016)
* Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in preschool, ideally in a senior or lead role.
* Skilled: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and patient approach.
* Creative: Full of fresh ideas to engage young minds.

Hours: Full - time, Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 6.00pm
