Job Title: Multi Site Manager
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager – North & Central, you will work closely with our Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams. The Multi Site Manager will be responsible for the health and safety of all site staff, site compliance, budget management, production planning, and material supply at both sites. This role requires working at both sites throughout the week, managing employees at each location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all operations in the Packing Plants / Cement Depot, including infrastructure management.
2. Engage with customers and collaborate with sales to promote products.
3. Lead and manage all Tarmac UK and contractor personnel in the Packing Plant / Cement Depot, prioritizing safety.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation.
5. Develop and maintain health and safety and compliance documents to meet ISO standards.
6. Implement and uphold Tarmac health and safety systems, standards, and best practices.
7. Conduct risk assessments and establish safe working procedures for all work in the Packing Plants.
8. Report, investigate, and address all accidents and incidents.
9. Manage projects within the Packing Plants, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in risk assessments and developing safe working procedures.
* Proven ability to manage teams and staff development.
* Excellent customer engagement skills.
* Effective budgeting and cost control abilities.
* IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and in-house systems such as Intelex, SAP, VAS, JDE, and TFP.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
* Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
