About the Role
TARCG is delighted to support our client, a leading UK MRO provider, in their search for skilled B1 Licensed Engineers to join their growing team in Manchester.
As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are met. * Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications
* Certify maintenance work within company and regulatory approvals
* Supervise and guide mechanics and support staff
* Ensure on‑time performance and technical reliability
* Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and documentation
* Requirements: Valid Part‑66 CAA B1 Licence (essential)
* Boeing 777 Type Rating (required); Airbus A319/A320/A321/A330 experience advantageous
* Proven experience in Base Maintenance
* Right to work in the UK (minimum two years remaining if visa holder)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
