What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the end-to-end bid process: PQQs, tenders, capability statements, and presentations
* Create, manage, and improve bid libraries and support materials
* Produce engaging bid files and documents that stand out
* Support marketing activities including website content, award entries, and promotional campaigns
* Collaborate across all studios, with occasional travel to Manchester, Leeds, London, and Scotland
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing bids (ideally within the built environment)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
* Confidence in managing and improving bid processes
* APMP membership (or working towards it) is highly desirable
