What you’ll be doing
Property Management
* Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants throughout tenancies
* Conduct inspections, manage maintenance issues, and liaise with contractors
* Oversee check-outs, deposit negotiations, and returns
Lettings Negotiation
* Prepare engaging marketing brochures and property listings
* Arrange and conduct viewings, managing applicants with professionalism and care
* Negotiate tenancy terms and oversee the full move-in process
General
* Provide excellent client service, managing emails, calls, and day-to-day admin
* Get involved with marketing, social media updates, and press releases
What we’re looking for
* Strong people skills with the confidence to build rapport
* Practical knowledge of property management and maintenance
* Tech savvy – confident with Microsoft Office, eager to learn property software
* Organised, methodical, and great at problem-solving
* A team player who can also work independently
Training & Development
* ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Qualification provided and funded (if not already held)
* Ongoing professional development and career progression
Details
* Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00am–5:30pm)
* One Saturday per month (9:00am–1:00pm)
* Full UK driving licence required
