This well established and highly respected Law firm with offices in East Sussex are seeking either a full time or part time Admin Assistant, if full time the hours at 9am - 5pm if part time they are flexible either 5 shorter days or 3 or 4 full days per week. The role is based in their Private Client department, working with the team dealing with telephone calls, taking messages going to the registers office, visiting clients at homes, some typing is also required, plus being pro-active, practical and able to multi-task. This is a very varied role for someone who enjoys a busy environment, maybe suit someone who has had reception duties, with good typing skills and a caring disposition you do not need previous Legal experience.
