Salary: £32,032 per annum plus benefits
Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in:
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in all operational and regulatory aspects
* Leading the team in the Manager's absence
* Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
* Coaching and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding EYFS provision
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting inspections and audits
* Building strong relationships with families and external agencies
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
* Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years
* Experienced in a senior or leadership role within a day nursery
* Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
* Knowledgeable in safeguarding and child protection procedures
* A strong communicator and team motivator
