As a Frontline Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support with a wide range of issues — from housing and employment to benefits, debt, Employment and consumer rights. You’ll listen, provide accurate information, and empower people to make informed decisions.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing clear, practical, and confidential advice to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Identifying key issues and offering guidance or signposting to relevant services.
*
Keeping accurate case notes and ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service.
*
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team.
What I'm looking for:

Strong communication and listening skills.
*
A compassionate, non-judgmental approach with a genuine desire to help others.
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Previous experience in advice, customer service, or a support environment is essential.
*
Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
