Lettings Administrator Our client, a busy, independent estate agency based in North West London, is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond where necessary, confident & friendly and possess excellent organisational skills. You will be primary support to our busy lettings team. Duties: * General letting administration, such as creating property adverts, taking enquiries, processing reference checks, drafting contracts etc. * Taking calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy * Providing landlords and tenants with advice * Arranging for certificates to be renewed * Arranging viewings Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role. * Experienced in Lettings Legislation. * Proficiency in using computerised systems. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Due to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
